Dianna has studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world's top health and wellness experts, My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of the mind-body medicine, Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center, Dr. Walter Willett. Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University,  Roth, Bestselling author and expert on emotional eating, and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities, Trained in Neuromuscular and Therapeutic Techniques, including, Therapeutic Massage, Advance Deep Tissue, Visceral massage, Structural balance, Pelvic stabilizing, TMJ Syndrome, Migraines, Reflexology.And more.


[Practice Philosophy] My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, Therapeutic and Neuromuscular Massage, and preventive health.

Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different bodywork and  dietary theories, I treat each client as an individual and we work together to find what your body needs and help you feel the very best you can.
[Why I do what I do] I have a passion for helping people and making a difference in the world, one person at a time. I love to get results and see people have their quality of life back.
[A little bit about me: hobbies, family, interests] When I am not working doing bodywork or coaching, My hands do not stop I love to do pottery, painting and stained glass work. I love to kayak, spend time in nature and with my cavalier Tango, spending time with my grandchildren and ride my motorcycle. I am always finding new ways to better myself and learn and grow.. I travel the world and enjoy learning about new cultures.
